Bitmap Monogram
Monograms date all the way back to the 1910-20's . This project allowed me to create a monogram design that is composed of rectangular and square forms to create a typeface that resembles those created earlier out of matrix dots.

My Monogram is composed of the three letters that make up my initials: KMZ. I encountered some challenges like not being able to use things on the diagonal, or do any stacking/stair stepping to create angles. To overcome this problem I listened to feedback, and continued to revise my previous designs. On my final monogram on the left I used all capital letters, with a centered square to create a unified design.
